When I think of the name Wald, what comes into my head is sleek body lines, minimalistic design, and smooth and pleasing curves. If that is what you think of, well purge your mind because that is no longer a reality.

This is no April fools joke, trust me. What exactly Wald was thinking with this aerokit, I have no idea because the style is circa 1996. It is probably due to the increasingly bad taste of the American market. There is no sense of smooth lines, and the body lines are very harsh in my opinion. There is so much extra CRAP on the new body that I don’t even know where to begin.

What’s with the Mitsubishi Evolution style spoiler anyways?

Perhaps the whole design can be summed up best by one member of the MBWorld forums, “They have managed to turn a beautiful car into a Ghetto Cruiser with that gaudy bodywork .”
